Am I the only one who started watching Doctor who when the ninth doctor started

Same! But I’ve gone back and watched some of the ones prior to the ninth doctor (because they were on Netflix and I was bored).

Perfectly acceptable jumping on point! I had seen a few Tom Baker mini-series before watching the new series, and it wasn’t until Nine that I was truly hooked, rather than just amused.

The most recent Doctor is obnoxious. He just doesn’t have the range that the ninth did.
